Thank you for your interest in the Fix Program and for recognizing the importance of spay/neuter services both for your companion animals and for all our communities who are overwhelmed with unmet animal welfare needs. Please read the following information , as the program has recently been updated.

The OTAT-West Texas Fix Program now operates as a limited voucher system for residents of Brewster, Culberson, Hudspeth, Jeff Davis, Presidio, Reeves and Terrell Counties. Approved community members will receive a voucher covering up to $250 per animal for a spay/neuter surgery and rabies vaccination. Any additional services or costs will be the responsibility of the owner.

Participating veterinary practices are limited to:

• Pecos Animal Clinic (Pecos, TX)

• Fort Davis Veterinary Services (Fort Davis, TX)
