Fix Program Paused

Thank you for your interest in the Fix Program and for recognizing the importance of spay/neuter services both for your companion animals and for all our communities who are overwhelmed with unmet animal welfare needs. Response to our spay-neuter assistance has been so enthusiastic that we have exhausted our funds until the end of the year. We hope to reopen the program early in 2027.

The OTAT-West Texas Fix Program is reserved for residents of Brewster, Culberson, Hudspeth, Jeff Davis, Presidio, Reeves and Terrell Counties. Approved community members receive a voucher covering up to $250 per animal for a spay/neuter surgery and rabies vaccination. Any additional services or costs will be the responsibility of the owner.
