DONATIONS MAKE AN IMPACT

OTAT-West Texas is exclusively funded by grants and donations. We receive no municipal support and most of the shelters lack funding to provide medical care, have few adoptions, no foster program, no online presence, no regular hours for the public, and lack the partnerships to transport dogs to safety. The OTAT-West Texas rescue program fills these gaps in 7 West Texas shelters and in shelterless communities across 8 West Texas counties.
