About this dog: Sheba is a consummate homebody who thrives on routines and only wants a simple, quiet life. Sheba loves other dogs and would benefit from a confident resident dog in her home. She has happily and harmoniously lives with cats. Sheba walks well on a leash and is kennel trained. She tolerates car rides but really doesn’t like to go out on the town . She is quiet and seeks affection. She seems to connect immediately with a primary person and will probably find her best self in a home without complicated dynamics. After a short transition period, Sheba is an easy, happy dog. She is eager to find her forever! Sheba came to OTAT-West Texas after she lost her lifetime guardian in a shelterless community.
Foster Testimonial: “Once Sheba settles into her routines, she is an easy, happy dog. She’d love other dog pals but it’s important to her that she has a dedicated human too… she’s a sensitive companion who will be loyal all her days.”
